Energy Up International is responsible for the impartiality of its validation and verification activities. Commercial, financial or other pressure is not permitted to compromise a conclusion.

Throughout
The engagements we will not accept.
- Verifying an inventory, footprint or claim that we prepared, corrected or designed.
- Providing consultancy on the subject matter of a verification we are performing.
- Accepting a fee arrangement contingent on the conclusion reached.
- Allowing a person who performed the work to review it or decide on it.
- Accepting an engagement where a readiness review created a self-review threat that cannot be reduced to an acceptable level.
If you think a conclusion was influenced, say so.
Any client, statement user or other interested party may raise a concern about impartiality through the complaints route. Raising one does not affect access to our services and does not trigger discriminatory action of any kind.
Describe the claim — not the service.
Tell us what must be relied on, who will rely on it and by what date. We will confirm the correct programme, evidence requirement and responsible entity — or tell you it is outside our scope.
