Accessibility.

The standard we build to, and what to do if it fails you.

The target

This website is built to target WCAG 2.2 level AA. In practice that means: semantic headings in order, keyboard operation for every menu, form and tool, visible focus states, text alternatives written for the purpose the image serves, form error summaries with links to the field, live regions on tool results, and full support for the reduced-motion preference.

Motion

All decorative motion is disabled when the operating system reports prefers-reduced-motion: reduce. Content is never hidden behind an animation: if the animation fails, the content is visible.

Bilingual typography

The Arabic version uses a full right-to-left layout with its own type scale, line height and heading widths. Latin standard numbers, CN codes and dates are isolated so they read in the correct direction inside Arabic text.

Known limitations

Third-party icon fonts and vendor carousel components are inherited from the design system and are kept under review. Where a component cannot be made fully accessible, its content is also available in a static form on the same page.

Reporting a barrier

If any part of this site prevents you from getting to information you need, write to contact@energy-up.net with the page address and what happened. We will reply with the information you were trying to reach, and with what we intend to do about the barrier.
