The current public record.
Every file is listed with its document code, revision, effective date, type and availability. A file that is not available does not get a link, and an email address is never put in place of a document.

Why some rows say “not yet published”.
A controlled document is published here only once the current approved revision has been confirmed against the document register. Showing a stale revision — or a link to a file that has been superseded — is worse than showing nothing, because a reader cannot tell which they have. Rows marked not yet published are documents that exist and are held in the management system but have not yet been released for publication with a confirmed revision and effective date. Ask for a copy through contact and it will be issued with its revision stated.
Describe the claim — not the service.
Tell us what must be relied on, who will rely on it and by what date. We will confirm the correct programme, evidence requirement and responsible entity — or tell you it is outside our scope.
