What we collect
Only what you type into a form: your name, organisation, contact details and the description of your enquiry. We do not ask for confidential evidence through website forms, and a controlled transfer route is issued separately when one is needed.
Why we hold it
To perform the scope, competence, resources and impartiality review that must happen before an engagement can be accepted, and to reply to you. Form contents are never sent to analytics.
How long
Enquiry records are retained for the period defined in the management system, then disposed of under a controlled procedure. Engagement records are retained for the period the accreditation and programme requirements set.
Who sees it
Personnel who need it for the enquiry or engagement. Subcontractors and technical experts are bound by the same confidentiality obligation before access is granted.
Analytics and consent
The site uses Google Analytics 4 and a LinkedIn Insight Tag, both loaded under consent mode with storage denied by default. Measurement events record the service, sector, language and page family — never the contents of a form field.
Your rights
Ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where no legal, accreditation or contractual obligation requires us to keep it. Write to contact@energy-up.net.
