Request an independent review of a decision.
An appeal is a request to reconsider a validation or verification decision. It is not a complaint about service quality or conduct.
Four things, or it cannot be assessed.
- The specific decision being challenged.
- The grounds — why the decision is said to be wrong.
- The outcome sought.
- The supporting evidence, including any new admissible evidence.
